Shipping & Handling
US Domestic: Shipping cost is calculated by actual shipping cost plus $2.00 handling charge per box.
We will process your order as soon as possible after receiving your order, and ship your order via UPS or USPS according to your choice, or cheaper of the two methods, if the timing is the same. If you would like to receive your orders faster, please let us know at Checkout. UPS does not deliver to PO Box address. If your order designates delivery to a PO Box, we will use USPS priority mail, Media mail, or First-Class Mail (for small packages). Time for delivery please see the chart below: (International mail varies by country)

Back Orders
If something you order is not available or out of stock, we usually do NOT put that on backorder, unless you specify accordingly. Because we receive many of our items from overseas, the next time we receive it back in stock could be as long as two months away. Your credit card is not actually charged at time of checkout, so there is no “refund” needed for unsent items. We do not charge for items that are not sent, and we will adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
Return Policy
We offer 100% money back guarantee on items that you return to us within 30 days. If it is after 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse the return. We usually do not refund shipping costs, but the price of the materials returned in good condition will be refunded. Please include the order number and customer ID, or a copy of the invoice in the package that you are returning.
